Dog Daycare

Looking for an outlet for your dog? Daycare provides an excellent opportunity to exercise your dog while instilling good social skills. Sometimes dogs that are destructive at home or have too much energy just need an outlet to express those feelings in a positive manner. Daycare is also beneficial for dogs suffering from separation anxiety or who may not be housebroken. Instead of coming home to a mess, come home to a clean house and a worn out pup!


Daycare Schedule

Daycare participants must check in by 9:30 am. Playgroups are organized at that point and group rotations begin. Daycare groups rotate between the indoor and outdoor play areas until noon. Naptime starts at noon and lasts until 2 pm. Daycare group rotation begins again at 2 pm and continues until 4 pm. Daycare participants are encouraged to check out by 5:30 pm.

Vaccination Requirements

All pets must have documentation and be current on the following vaccines...

Rabies

Distemper/Parvo

Bordetella (within 6 months of boarding date)

Fecal Exam (within 6 months of boarding date)

Policies

All dogs 6 months of age and older must be spayed or neutered.

Fleas

Daycare participants are checked for fleas upon arrival and departure. If fleas are found upon arrival, the pet will be bathed at owner's expense. If fleas are found at departure, pet will be treated for free.

Harnesses

All daycare participants will be required to wear a harness, preferably a figure H style. Due to the growth of the daycare program we feel this will promote a higher level of safety for the dogs.

Bone Voyage will have harnesses for sale with a lifetime guarantee. The guarantee will cover chewed up and damaged harnesses and will replace the harness (same style/size/pattern) at no charge. We are currently taking orders for harnesses and you can choose your size and color/pattern. After the initial order, Bone Voyage will stock solid colors in all sizes and any pattern may be special ordered for an additional fee.

Appointments

Daycare will be by appointment only. Please schedule an appointment with a 24 hour notice for your dog to come to daycare or set up a standing appointment. All standing appointments will require a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid charges.

Check in/Checkout

Check in is by 9:30 am.
At this point, groups are organized and rotation begins.

Checkout is by 5:30 pm.
All daycare dogs need to be picked up by 5:30 pm. The kennel staff needs ample time to clean up after daycare and set up for the next business day. Please call the office if you are running behind. Bone Voyage closes at 6 pm, and any daycare dogs still at the facility will be fed and boarded overnight. The owner is responsible for a boarding fee upon checkout.
